Craft Nights can be an easy thing to organize. Come up with five or six crafts and the supplies for them. Space them out into different stations around the room and allow the Cubs to go to whichever stations they want in whichever order they would like. To make things even easier try partnering with one or more Scouts BSA Troops and have them run the stations. Even better maybe they will come up with the crafts and bring the supplies. Many Troops may jump at this chance as it gets them face time with the Cubs which may help recruit new members into their Troop around crossover time.
